libploticus0-dev software package provides Development files for the ploticus library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libploticus0-dev
libploticus0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libploticus0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libploticus0-dev *
You will get with libploticus0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
